It’s a all renovated unit with brand new furniture except the fridge and the oven but they are in good condition.

2 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo unit. Large living room. Dining area and galley kitchen. Decent sized bedrooms. Balcony. Secured entry to the building and video-surveillance cameras. Easy access to Argyle Mall, shopping, bus routes, restaurants. 7 mins to Fanshawe college ! Tim Hortons, gas station, Walmart, the mall, many restaurants and stores all accessible by between 5 and 10 mins walking distance.

All inclusive (hydro,heat,water,Internet, Netflix and access to furniture.)

The roommate will have the bigger room.

Advantage for the roommate: I’m not living in the condo full time. My schedule looks like as following.

I’m working 4 days and I’m leaving for 4 days. Sometime I’ll stay during my days off but not often. I’m in the unit around 15 days a month. You can have you privacy.
