Hydro is not included. This will be split between all 3 people.

Apartment is just steps away from the infamous Gastown and within walking distance to all the local cafes, bars and shops nearby at CF Pacific Centre! Building amenities include: lounge, fitness centre, pool, sauna, and evening security/concierge.

Room will be furnished with a bedframe & new mattress, new pillow & bedding and a dresser. You will be sharing a bathroom with me.

Common areas such as kitchen and living room will already be furnished, but you’re welcome to add more furniture.

Hi! My name is Angie. I’m in my mid-late 20’s and I work in Real Estate marketing and Marketing Consultancy. I’m somewhat new to Vancouver (came all the way from Toronto), but have visited many times and love trying out new food places and getting the best pic for the gram lol.

I’m a ambivert; meaning I am down to go hang out and explore the city with you, but also would like to have my alone time to catch up on my Netflix shows. I’m a fairly organized person so would like a roommate who can keep shared spaces clean and clutter free. The apartment is completely furnished by me, so would like you to feel at home but please handle the furniture with care, especially the gorgeous white couch.
