Caroline's room

The Price includes access to one good size bedroom, and one small bedroom (8x8) that can be used as your own office space, shared kitchen and living area,2.5 bathroom, laundry on site in the basement, back deck leading out to communal green space. Also includes a reserved parking spot around the corner (driveway spot is already claimed by current tenant). Utilities and internet to be split 50-50. Currently there is one graduate student living in the home with one well behaved, quiet, friendly dog. Would prefer not add any other dogs but would consider a dog-friendly cat.
