I am looking for a roomate to share my one bedroom appartment. It is a beautiful and comfortable good size appartment. One bedroom-Living Room for rent, is a very large size room. All utilities included and great amenities in building. Laundry in building, Heater, AC, Balcony, Back Yard, Pool, Gym, Sauna, and other amenities. Quiet, super clean. To share with me, I am female on my 30´s responsible, clean, quiet, respectful, friendly. I work full time so I´m rarely home. I have a small pretty quiet and loving female cat. So I´m looking for cat lovers please.

You will have the largest area section_one Bredroom in the living room it´s private and divided. Shared bathroom. Very Large area, two big closets for yourself, a sofa , kitchen appliances, internet included, balcony, laundry in building, gym and heated pool in building, BBQ areas downstairs, Rooftop, quiet building , beautiful area, security, parking available for an extra cost (60$). Kitchen has all the appliances. There is a sofa that you can use, but eventually you wiil need to get a bed to be more comfortable.

This is a pet friendly appartment, I have a female beautiful cat, I am ok with another cat but we can discuss it. My cat is loving and quiet, super clean, female.

The building is located 4 minutes walking from Glencairn subway station. Between Marlee Avenue and Glencairn. Close to Eglinton West.

Great family area, lots of parks around the corner. Sobeys to do your groceries crossing the street.

I am looking for a respectful, careful. clean, quiet, friendly, responsible person, preferibly who works or studies. I am very clean, friendly, quiet, and very respectful. I am working most of the time so I am rarely home.

The place will be available from January 10th or 15th or maybe February 1st. We can discuss it.

First and last month is requiered. Month to month basis is ok. At least one work and/or one personal reference please.

You will love the building and the place. Is quiet cozy and quiet. I really love that.
