Super clean, new floor, own bathroom in 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, floor to ceiling windows, bright, furnished, 2km to downtown Guelph and stores, safe and quiet neighbourhood. Available from January15, 2022. Rent includes utilities and wifi. Note there is currently NO parking available. (I will see if I can get an additional parking spot but there is no guarantee.) Overnight street parking available only from April to November. This is a roommate situation so compatibility is important. When responding, please state: full name, show photo, what you do for a living, habits, hobbies, if you need a parking spot, what indoor temperatures are comfortable for you, etc. This is a month-to-month rental with minimum first 3 months stay.
