I live in this beautiful spacious 2 bedroom+den apartment. Both of the bedrooms and the den have a CN tower view. There’s a free indoor pool right across the apartment. The subway is 8 mins away. The apartment is behind AGO. It’s 2 mins away from OCAD, and 15 mins walk distance away from U of T and Ryerson University. All the appliances were renewed and the apartment was renovated at the beginning of my lease. The rooms are pretty spacious especially the living room. There’s a balcony with a beautiful CN tower view as well. The rest of the apartment is furnished such as the living room and the dining area. Your bedroom will be unfurnished.

It’s just me and my cat Lavinia living in the apartment right now. I’m a student at Toronto Metropolitan University(Ryerson). I care about my quiet time but still would love to have a nice conversation with my roommate every once in a while! I would like my roommate to be okay with splitting some chores and bills(only internet) in a communicative and responsible manner. I love spending my free time doing yoga, reading, playing board games, journaling and watching TV. I also have all kinds of subscriptions I will share with you like Prime Video, Netflix and Disney Plus that you can use on my projector! Please only message if you get along well with cats and/or have one yourself!
