Hi,

I am the owner of the home and a male. I have a career as a social worker, which I love. I work often and like to travel a few times a year. I am the only one living in my home and have no kids. Except for the children I work with of course :-) The space is clean and well maintained. It’s a quiet space and the townhouse complex is family orientated and a safe and nice place to live.

There are many trails and green space in the surrounding area, great for walking or running. The community centre is just a few minutes walk and it has every amenity including a competitive swimming pool, sauna steam and hot tub, exercise classes, and a full gym. Walnut Grove is a fantastic family orientated community with all the amenities needed from shopping, groceries, restaurants, or other activities.

I am looking to rent a room (with full use of the house), on a year agreement (month to month with no lease) to start. You must be a responsible and neat individual. Male or female are welcome to apply. As mentioned, I am a social worker and have background checks to work with vulnerable populations and work with children and youth, male and female, on a daily basis.

Lastly, no big parties (no addiction issues) and no pets. Social drinking is fine but no hard partying with alcohol and drugs.
