About the room
All inclusive, fully furnished (OR unfurnished) private room and bath in a shared home with two working professionals and two friendly cats. Home is located on a cul de sac and is surrounded by trees. Direct access to lakes and trails.
Kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry are shared. Parking, internet, all utilities, Netflix, Disney etc. included. 6 month contract only.
The private bathroom is downstairs and includes toilet, sink, stand up shower and storage. The bedroom is upstairs and is furnished with a queen size bed, a small desk and computer chair, mini fridge and lounge chair (or unfurnished). You can also use our extra large fridge for extra food storage.
No smoking, no pets, no parties.
Ideal is a single occupancy but will consider a couple for small increase in rent. We are open to discussions on this!
Recommend a vehicle or 20 minute walk to nearest bus line. All amenities less than 10 minutes drive (grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, cineplex etc.)
About the roomies
Mid thirties married couple who love travel, outdoor adventures, food and new people! We ran an AirBNB out of this room last year but looking for something more permanent and predictable.
