Furnished room for one female roomie with ensuite bathroom + private balcony to share with a women & her niece in a downtown Toronto condo. Room is approximately 350sf, about 1 minute walk from St. Lawrence Market and 5 minutes walk from St. Michael’s Hospital and Financial District. Across George Brown main campus on King Street, 24-hour concierge, yoga + gym, and rooftop bbq.

Fee is $1500, and includes all utilities + wifi. Fantastic restaurants/shopping nearby. Ideal for international students, visiting young professionals. Please reply giving details about yourself, number of months rental required, and working environment (office/WFH/hybrid). No pets.

Initial interview will take place via a virtual setting. If selected, the roomies will need to show identification, credit report, work reference letters, and paystubs for verification.

Current rommies include a mother and her grown niece. Adult son may visit regularly to ensure wellbeing of the mother.
