My current roomate will be leaving soon. And i will have a bedroom up for grabs to rent. We are in a 4plex building my unit is up top. Shared bathroom living room kitchen. And the building shares a laundry room with 1 washer. And 1 dryer NOT COIN OPPERATED. The building is old and some things need minor maintenence. Rent is $550 a month internet is $80 a month. Hydro is $120 a month witch makes a total of $750 a month for all included hydro internet and rent just not your food if your interested give me a shout showings and viewing wont be till febuary. I am a 30 year old male very chilled and laid back i enjoy quiet and peace. Movies and games I do not party nor do drugs i am out working lots but when i am not working i am typically home i am ok if you drink as long as you are responsable i am fine with pot as i smoke it just do so outside I do have a 3 year old soon to be 4 year old son that currently i get from 12 till 2pm saturdays and in the future over night visits must be ok with having a kid around from time to time. This is a relaxing good vibe family home. No drama If you plan to have lots of people over regularly. or like to have partys or be loud or do illegal drugs or make messes and not clean up please do not msg.
