I am looking for someone to take over the contract until August 15th of my excellently conditioned room in a 6 1/2, because I am moving out for the sake of work. Available from Jan. 15th with flexible moving-in dates upon discussions 5 minutes from metro Snowdon Fully furnished: bed, chairs, table, Electric fan etc. Wifi included Electricity is not included and will be separated among 4, approx. 30 per month
