Sarah's room

Looking for a roommate for my third room in my home after February 1st. It is the turqouise room in the pics which i will be painting white. The room will be empty except for curtains. I have one 8yr old daughter who is pretty quiet and respectful. And one cat who is chatty but not an asshole. :) house has small fenced yard, 2.5 baths and a comfortable kitchen and living space. In a quiet neighborhood. Pets negotiable.

Hoping to find someone who will mesh well with us.

We are quiet homebodies. I work fulltime and my daughter is in school. When were not working and in school we like to chill out, watch movies and enjoy the outdoors. Summertime we like to get out as much as we can.
