Looking for 1 male roomie to share the house I rent with ONLY me! Available April 1 for a 1 year lease (can move in early). Located in a beautiful & safe part of St.Vital North.

$600/month includes EVERYTHING: Wifi, Cable, Heat, Electricity, Water, Snow Removal, Lawn Care, Laundry. $300 damage deposit needed.

Fully furnished except for the room I am renting out. Nice renovated house with nice furniture. Large backyard with a fire pit! Pets allowed (I have 1 cat - willing to consider 1 dog and cats are allowed). Minutes walking distance from Superstore, food joints, bus routes, a park, a pool, a golf course, & even the Seine River with walking trails. Only a 10 minute drive downtown. Not a party house. Few guests sometimes and backyard fire gatherings in the summer are okay. Not tons of extra room for storage of large items, but the bedroom has a large closet & there is one more closet for storage.

What I need in a roommate: You CANNOT be into any hard drugs, period. Don’t want that it my house. Help keep the house clean and respect it. Pay rent on time. The landlord will not accept late rent under any circumstances.

About Me: I am a 27 year-old male. I work full-time Monday to Friday from 9AM-5PM. I am a very busy person so I am usually out of the house, so you’d mostly have the house to yourself. I am a musician so you will have to hear me play acoustic guitar and singing sometimes, plus I will want to listen to music here and there. I will do this all respectfully. I am a very respectful person & mutual respect is a must.
