2 month Short Term Stay!

Hi Everyone, we’re looking for someone interested in sharing this beautiful home with us for the next 2 months.

The house includes:

• your own private room and washroom.
• internet
• all utilities
• parking
• cable
• workout gym
• indoor pool

The house is located on Royal York road near Royal York and Eglinton. The area is a very nice and safe area. It is a 5 min drive or 20 min walk to Weston Go station where you can get to bloor , the airport, and downtown very quickly - less than 10 mins ride away. or a 15 min drive to Royal York Subway Station. The house is also close to all major highways and about 25 min drive to downtown Toronto.

We’re 2 young professionals 27 & 39 who love to travel. We’ve both spent a significant time living overseas in Sydney, Australia and are now located in Toronto. Nik is from England originally, and i’m from Canada :) We are very open minded, chill people. We love to hangout and enjoy a glass of wine. We love sports, nature, hiking, going for dinners, etc :) We’re looking for someone who is kind, respectful of the place, and hopefully someone who is keen to also become a friend, not just a roommate!

We have people over occasionally, however, due to covid-19, we’re hardly been hosting anyone over. We don’t really party, we’re more the glass of wine and have good chats type !
