Unfurnished basement apartment with kitchen, own bathroom and shared washer dryer, all inclusive except internet. Good location close to everything school,hospital,shopping centre and accessible to bus

2 people live upstairs and they are nice people. Nice neighborhood quite and peaceful. I just need to move out because of job related found job a bit far from here.
