Spacious room for rent conveniently located in a quiet Dalhousie neighbourhood. This rental is only a five-minute walk to the LRT station and under a two-minute walk to the Dalhousie shopping centre that includes Safeway, Starbucks, Indigo, Kinjo, Boston Pizza, and Earls. This is a large, well-lit basement room that shares a washroom with one other girl. There is a spacious open-face closet as well as a storage area under the stairs for any extra belongings. Currently looking for a young female professional or student – as this space is ideal for those who are potentially going to be studying or working from home. The shared space (living room, dining room, and kitchen) is located upstairs on the main floor and is fully equipped and move-in ready. Kitchen does have a dishwasher as a bonus. There is in suite laundry in the basement as well. Utilities are not included but vary between $50-100 a month depending on weather. You would be living with three fun and respectful girls. Two girls are currently in their fourth year at UofC, while one just started her career as a nurse. These girls enjoy casual nights in and hanging out with each other, as well as going out and seeing new places and meeting new people.
