Looking for a clean and tidy roommate to share this air-conditioned apartment with for 1 year while my current roommate is travelling. Rent is $2000 which includes all utilities. We have 1 parking spot at an extra $150 a month.

You would be renting the master bedroom that has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, bath and two sinks. Your bedroom window overlooks Coopers’ Park and False creek. The bedroom is furnished with bed frame, mattress, desk, TV and a lounger chair. You will also have private access to the office/den which has a sit/stand desk, large TV monitor, and sleeper/recliner.

The living room is spacious and bright with a 180 degree window view of False Creek, Yaletown, and Downtown. There is a balcony and BBQ. Washer and dryer is in the apartment, and the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, oven and microwave. The apartment is centrally located close to the seawall, 2 skytrain lines, and several neighborhoods by walking or by bike.

I am a 30 year old male working professionally as a designer. I work fulltime from home, waking up around 8am and going to sleep around midnight. I am very respectful of others space, and keep a low noise level. I keep things tidy and clean and host friends gatherings from time to time.
