I’m a professional woman looking to rent to a serious university student. This property is close to university. Bus route close to house that is a direct route to the u of g. This rental would include the full basement which includes a living room and your own private bathroom. Laundry facilities would be shared. The kitchen on the main floor would be optional to share.
About the roomies
I am a single adult female who is divorced. I work full time and I’m very quiet. I’m looking to help out a university student to provide a safe alternate to student housing. I would the possible tenant to have a nice quiet affordable place to finish off her university degree. I keep to myself and don’t have many people over except my daughter and son with my grandkids. There is a large backyard that could be shared.
