The room will be rented from myself, Katie. I am an entrepreneur spirit and I am in and out of the house often during the day. The entire unit is furnished aside from the renter bedroom. I keep my house relatively spotless for the most part. I have one cat named lulu, she gets along with everyone.

The perfect applicant would be someone I could eventually consider a friend and not just a roommate, as I’d much rather build a relationship than just collect money.
