We are looking to fill 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom newly renovated house. The bedroom is on the upper level along with two other bedrooms. The house has 2 full bathrooms. The house is very spacious. There is driveway or street parking available. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the house and there is a direct bus to Brock University that is about a 20-minute bus ride. Rent will be $675 starting May 1st, 2022, until April 30th, 2023. Rent includes all utilities and high-speed internet. Roommates are all very clean, organized, and quiet females.
