I’m looking to transfer/sublease my master bedroom in a newly renovated apartment. How new, you ask? We’re the first people to live here.

While this is a great location and apartment, I find myself preparing for a move back to the East Coast. The room would be available as of March 1st, 2022, up until July 1st with the possibility to renew.

You would be living with one other roommate, a 26-year-old Ph.D. student at U de M, who splits her time between the apartment and campus. Friendly, clean, and always down for a chat at the end of the day!
