Fine arts performer with full time job as a field representative for local and organic food community. Lead tenant at the property for over 4 years. I live on the main floor by the front door. I perform duties similar to a superintendent or property manager. My job is to focus on upholding the standards and maintenance of the property. I am out of the house on avg. 12 hours/day for my day job. At home, I enjoy my privacy to recharge from the long shifts and work on my creative projects.
