Most the time it’s your own bathroom beside when my twin boys who are 12 come over every other weekend and most holidays. Gym in garage feel free to use. Also if you smoke that’s were to go ( in winter ) or the out side patio is perfect for smoking. BBQ out back feel free to use. Deck out back with out door table and chairs
About the roomies
I’m a non smoker but smoke weed. I work all day every day during the week. Renting room up till 2 years. Then all need other room so my kids can have there own. Have a cleaner that comes in once a month. Have 2 very friendly cats.
