Included in rent are utilities, wifi at 300 mbps unlimited download internet, shared bathroom, shared family room with 60“ hd tv with roku interface and subscription to netflix and prime video, small sundeck with two seat bistro patio furniture and bbq, shared laundry and shared kitchen with a lot of small appliances such as rice cooker, deep fryer, air fryer, toaster oven, icecream maker, panini press, soda stream, etc. There is also a bbq on the sundeck for use.

Located near nanaimo and georgia street east, half block to transit stops, 10 mins to skytrain on bus, templeton pool and park only a block away, 5 minutes to hastings where there is multiple grocery stores, major banks, restaurants, dental and medical clinics, dollar stores, etc.

Food is not included in rent and portion of shelf space, refrigerator and freezer will be assigned to you. That being said, condiments, cooking oil and spices can be used at no charge. No point of having multiple ketchup you know. You can use any of our kitchen ware but must wash and clean after use.
