The living space merges into the kitchen and out onto the balcony. The kitchen and bathroom are getting renovated before the move-in date. You are able to paint the walls in your room, as long as they are neutral or returned to neutral by the end of the lease.

So My roomate Avery and Myself (Halie) are two female students in our first year at Guelph. We are pretty laid back, however, we do like to keep our living space tidy as clutter and mess tend to stress us out. We both love Italian food.
