Richmond Street

I’m looking to sublet my room with ensuite private bathroom from May to August at Masonville Yards building. It’s 800$+hydro and comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, curtains, shelves and closet (you can keep my body length mirror). It’s in a 4 bedroom but only 2 roommates are staying and they’ll be away for the summer. The building is new and super modern with a nice gym, social/game room, and study room. It’s a 20min walk to campus or you can take the bus (bus stop is right in front of the building and the ride to campus is less than 5min). Masonville Mall is across the street and Loblaws, Starbucks, and Indigo are within walking distance (1-2 intersections away)!

Super friendly and clean roomies. They will be away for most of the summer but they are easy to get along with, love to socialize but are also extremely hard workers.
