We’re offering one room in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment on the main floor of a nice Fernwood character home. Apartment is bright with high ceilings and tons of closet space. Large bedrooms, living room with hard wood floors, kitchen has dishwasher and gas stove, large private deck overlooking a nice yard with gardening opportunities. In suite laundry facilities with brand new washer and drier (keeping utilities low 👌🏼). Fernwood is a great neighbourhood, close to many amenities including coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and a grocery store. Easy bus ride to university and walking distance to downtown. No pets unfortunately and no smokers.

We’re two 20 year old university students, both men. We both take our educations seriously and are working part-time. Looking for a relatively quiet, clean and respectful roommate. Got no problems with frequent visitors or anything, as long as they’re being respectful and coming over at reasonable times. Letting lose on the weekends is a-ok
