-One bedroom available in two-bedroom bungalow -Washer and dryer in basement -Common areas (mostly) furnished, bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished -Lease currently goes to end of August -No carpet in house -A/C -One parking spot available -Can provide photos/arrange a tour on request

I’m a Queen’s Master’s student and will be staying in the other bedroom. I’m fairly academically focused, quiet, friendly, and I run competitively. My girlfriend occasionally visits with her support dog (standard poodle).
