Beautifully well lit room that overlooks St Patrick church. (North facing, so no direct sunlight in the mornings). Sliding barn doors, made of solid wood. Move in date October 2022 Food court with lots of options just downstairs, safe neighborhood. Located close to the bars, but far enough there are no noise issues. Right beside OCAD/AGO. Brightly lit (at night) park nearby with dog park (Grange park). There is a puppy (10 months) in the apartment (bernedoodle; very friendly). No smoking in the unit. 1000+ sqft apartment. Bedrooms do not share walls so are decently well insulated from noise. This room is noticeably quiet when you walk in. Building has gym and a terrace. Also a rentable party room if needed. Hands down the best shower I have ever experienced. Lots of room and hot water is near instant as well! Brand new AC/heat pump as of August 2022.
