Located close to Conestoga College (Guelph); grocery, and other stores within walking distance as well as bus stop near by; parking in Driveway negotiable.

Must love chickens! Two of your roomies will be our chickens, Lafawnduh and Greasy who freerange in our yard. They will visit your door! Another animal friend, is our senior dog, Bella.
The humans that live upstairs are myself, my partner Ty and my two boys are here 70% of the time - it is loud when they’re here! I work from home part-time; we are all creative, energetic, fun, nature loving hippy types. We will respect your privacy and hope we can develop a neighbourly friendship as well. In the past our roomies have been friends.
We are looking for someone who shares similar values, is respectful, kind and adores nature as we do. We can chat about animal friends you may have joining our home however, we will respect the comfort and safety of the ones who already reside here, first.
