Smith Street

In a two bedrooms apartment, I have one good size bedroom room for rent. The room have double bed and wifi is included in the rent. The place have big balcony. Building have swimming pool , sauna and gym. The apartment is in front of RBC convention centre, 2 minuets to millennium library and 12. Minuets to Winnipeg university. There are all routes buses 2 minuets walk from the apartment. The apartment is very clean and quiet. I am 32 years old female, I study part time and I work part time. Am friendly, respectful and quiet person. I don’t party , smoke,drink and loud noise. Am okay with male or female. I want someone who doesn’t smoke, drink, no party in the house, no loud music, clean and some one who works full time or study full time. The rent is 530 + shared hydro bill.
