I am looking for a roommate as of May 1st* for a bright, spacious 4 1/2 in Dorval.

The apartment is next to highway: 20, 13, 520 and the airport. It is a 5 minute walk to the following busses: 195, 196, 495 and 496 and a 5-10 minute drive/bus ride to the Dorval Terminus and the Dorval Mall. The apartment is located within walking distance of various parks and the Lachine Canal.

I have a non-furnished private room in a shared living space available. You will be renting an unfurnished, bright, spacious private bedroom with a closet.

Total cost: $625.00/Month (Rent: $560.00 + Hydro: $30.00 + Internet: $35.00)

Included in the cost for rent is use of the fridge, stove, high-speed unlimited internet, heating and hot water. There are laundry machines available in the building and street parking is always available. The tenant will share the use of the kitchen, living/dining room space, bathroom and the balcony. The shared living space is fully furnished, but has space to accommodate extra furniture if needed.

I am seeking a quiet, neat, easygoing and good-humoured individual to live with. I have a very friendly cat and hermit crabs who live in a tank, so it is important that you don’t mind sharing your space with a cat (and a LOT of plants !!). I’m very tidy, quiet, respectful and easy to get along with.
