Lease runs until August 31st with possibility to extend afterwards and you’ll have to be able to take over from April 15th. No pets or smoking (or pets who smoke) please. Hello! We are two mature students at Dal and SMU. Christian is 24 and from England; Nicole is 23 and from Vancouver. We’re both pretty laid back but we keep the place clean. We love to cook and do outdoorsy stuff. Generally, if you’re chill then we’ll be chill :)
