3 bedroom house, shared bathroom, kitchen, laundry units. Parking spots available no additional charge, large backyard area and decent sized patio. Small moveable fire pit for the summers (if there isn’t a fire ban 😔) Room is private and unfurnished, approximately 280sq feet. House is a 20 minute walk away from Burquitlam Skytrain Station or 2 minute walk to a bus stop that goes to burquitlam or Lougheed (2 buses on stop). Steps away from a gas station if you’re looking for snacks.

2 working males (23&24) both working in the hospitality industry. One of us is studying to go be a music teacher and the other to continue further in the culinary arts. Both clean quiet types, but not against making new friends, going out for dinners, having friends over. Not in shared spaces if you’d be uncomfortable with that. 420 friendly. Both of us are genuinely pretty open to trying new things and vibe with pretty much anybody, just your average mid 20’s social type You’d be a great fit if you like: video games, comics, skateboarding, music, hikes, cooking, breweries.
