Full access to shared common areas including: living room, dining room, kitchen / kitchen table, upstairs bathroom (full), office, front porch, backyard and laundry room in mudroom.
Rent includes use of onsite washer & dryer, wifi internet access, one free parking spot (shared driveway), use of common areas, and utilities.
Must be pet friendly as there are 2 cats and a dog living full-time on the premises. All are extremely friendly.
No smoking inside the house, but there is a semi closed-in front porch area where you are allowed to smoke and escape the cold from standing outside in the winter.
Walking distance to No Frills, costco, fast food locations and other shops. Walking distance to 2 different bus stops. Quiet and safe neighbourhood.
First & Last Month’s Rent required as well as references from current and past roommates/landlords.
Begin tenancy June 1st.
