Your bedroom would be the bigger one at the front of the house, with a large window and plenty of natural light. The room measures roughly 11x10 feet, and can easily fit a queen-sized bed and a desk. There is also a mirrored closet capable of containing a large wardrobe. The house is spacious with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a living room and patio. The bathroom has plenty of storage. We are a five-minute walk from Queen East, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops. Transit is easy, a walk down to Queen Street or a 10 minute bus ride to Pape station for the subway. It takes me about a half hour to get downtown in the mornings. As for pets, I am sadly allergic to cats. Small dogs are fine; our neighbors behind us run a doggie daycare. Parrots are welcome, and so are smaller scaly friends too. Your half of the rent is $1100 a month (utilities included) plus $40 for internet. In the middle of Leslieville, this is a bargain!
