I am looking to rent the large basement room/space of my house. There is a seperate private bathroom (no shower just toilet). The shower would be shared and is upstairs. Communal living room and kitchen also upstairs. I have a large fenced backyard, there is a somewhat steep hill but it’s great to sit outside and have a fire and play with the dogs. There is also a large back and front porch on the house. Really close to grocery stores, holy whale beer hall and lots more. I have laundry on site as well. Rent would include room, internet, water and sewer. The only other expense would be electricity to be split equally with myself. On equalized billing would be looking at approx $125 per person per month.

I am a 33 year old artist and retail worker. I love the outdoors, hiking and camping. I love my dogs and it’s a very dog friendly environment, pets always welcome on the couch! Looking for a roommate that enjoys similar interests and lifestyle.
