Hi!

We are looking for a roommates to occupy the 2nd and 3rd bedroom of our 3 bedroom house in barrhaven. this house is LGBTQ+ friendly, pet friendly, and student friendly. looking for friendly people who are open for communication.

The building has 2 available bedrooms with 1 full and one-half bathroom, a very spacious and brightly-lit living room, seperate dinning room, and a big kitchen. The common areas are partially furnished, but the bedroom is not. the bedroom has a closed medium size closet, and there is a shared communal storage room in the basement. The apartment includes in-suite laundry (no coin or card needed) and is smoke-free inside. The rent is $650 a month plus some utilities (i.e., hydro and internet are extra).

We are currently on a year lease but You can choose to sublet your room month to month. Ideally, we are looking for a roommate who wishes to stay at least 6 months or more. Note that the last month’s rent is required regardless.

About the neighbourhood: The house is located barrhaven, a safe and lovely neighbourhood full of local shops, cafés and grocery stores. 10 minutes from marketplace and 15 minutes from algonquin college

If you love going out for walks or doing outdoorsy activities, there are parks everywhere, and you can walk to a nearby hiking trail in within ten minutes.

bus route directly outside the neighbourhood is the 80. alongside marketplace station doen the road which has bus routes going to tunneys pasture, greenboro, parliament, and algonquin college.

there is a garage and driveway available for free parking.

we are a couple.(22M & 21F), first of which works fulltime as a child and youth workr and the second full-time dog groomer at petsmart. We have a very friendly, energetic and playful medium-sized great dane/boxer, and a super adorable and loveable cat. In our downtime, we enjoy a variety of hobbies, movies, TV shows, and video games, plus the occasional hangouts with friends. As such, we are both pretty quiet and easy going.
