This is a house on 136 Street and Stony Plain Road, located in the neighbourhood of Glenora. There are several schools, parks, and open spaces close by and offers ready access to the North Saskatchewan River valley and ravine system.

There is plenty of street parking, so if you or your visitors have a vehicle, you can park right in front of the house. You also have public transportation right outside the door with direct routes to downtown and the west end. The area is central to all areas within and around Edmonton.

I have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement to rent for $550 per month.
• You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, washer & dryer, storage rooms and garage.
• You have your own bathroom and living area. • The basement for rent is unfurnished.
• Utilities and Wi-Fi are not included in the rent.
