$650 Single Room Sublet (May-August) in a 6 Bed 2.5 Bath House

I’m subletting my room this summer on Fisher Avenue and Dyne from 1st May to 31st August(4 months). It’s an upper-level corner room, fully furnished with an Ikea bed, two Ikea desks, a chair, 50 inch HD shared TV, a side table, a dresser, a closet, and a bookshelf. All utilities and wifi are included. It’s a quiet neighbourhood too.

The bus stop is just 15 seconds away. 25 mins to Carleton, and 30 mins to Downtown by bus. Restaurants (Prime Burger Bar, Lone Star Grill) + Circle K’s + Subway + Tim Horton’s + Gabriel’s Pizza + McDonalds + Shoppers is a 15 minute walk away.

Parking available, not included in rent.

There are 6 guys living in the house. Everyone is very respective, clean and considerate. The house doesn’t throw any parties but we do come together to have a movie night on the weekends. The house is quiet, perfect for students and young professionals that work from home.
