Rent doesn’t include internet, gas and hydro - internet is $35 extra, Hydro/Gas based on consumption and tenant insurance (which you can get your own or i can add you as second person). Parking extra: $50 Just a quick note: i am looking for pet and plants friendly roommate, I have almost 5 years old Boston Terrier, very loving and friendly. He is fully house trained.
