2 bedroom apartment in Guelph. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Cozy balcony. Small walk-in closet in bedroom. There is already a bed and bed frame in the room as well as a side table. If you’d prefer to bring your own bed/bedframe and or side table thats totally okay. Washer and dryer in apartment. Utilities not included. Normally an extra $80 to $100 a month. Parking available upon request. Gym and lounge in main apartment building.
