Southdale Crescent

We have private two rooms available same price. The price includes room, hydro, wifi and cable. You have full access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry room, porch and backyard. Both rooms are carpeted and have large windows with blinds. The bedrooms are unfurnished, we have two spare dressers that could be used ones nice and the other was a younger child’s so it’s not the nicest. We have two extra mini fridges plugged in the kitchen that can be used as well as the big fridge. There is street parking right in front of the house for 1-2 vehicles. There is tons of places and popular destinations near by such as; UFV Abbotsford campus, 10-15 min drive and 30-40 min by bus. Seven oaks mall 5-10 min drive, 20-40 min walk, and 15-30 min by bus. Stores such as Dollarama, value village, McDonald’s, Dairy Queen, subway, MCC thrift store and much much more all within 10-20 min walk. Grant park is 3-5 min walk from our home, this park has a large field and playground area as well as just beside it there’s an accessibility park. The property is located with the backyard side facing highway, the whole area is fenced. The backyard has a trampoline and a sandbox as well. The porch isn’t very big, we have the recycling and a wooden table out there but feel free to use however you’d like. Please feel free to ask any questions I’d be happy to answer them. We also would have set rules/boundaries that would go over when in contact. We are very open and laid backed people. Not much can bug us.

The house is a total of 6 bedrooms. The basement has 2 bedrooms which are occupied by a couple (40&41) they will only come upstairs to check heat and other minor things. Upstairs where the two rooms are located, there is myself(19), my partner(21), my younger sister(16) and my sisters daughter (6m). You must know the yard is used regularly by 5 dogs. 2 mid size, 1 large, 1 small and 1 puppy. If you do not like dogs this is not the place for you. Everyone in the home but the 16year old work/ go to school. Cannabis & alcohol friendly.
