Apartment is directly in front of Parc Lafonfaine and short walk to Sherbrooke Metro. Perfect location for students from McGill, UQAM, Concordia, etc.

Room itself is quite large, with a great view of the pond in Lafontaine Parc. Possibility to have furnishings (optional).

Kitchen and living room are quite spacious, and there is a large multi-purpose room with a washer/dryer and storage, as well as an awesome terrace in the back.

Patrick: I’m a proofreader/musician in my early 30’s. I work from home and am pretty quiet and lowkey, but I enjoy hosting movie nights and dinners from time to time. Je parle français aussi. :)
