Pembroke Street

This is a lodger++ situation, as my current lodger told me to say. There are two rooms in our suite downstairs, but we have some shared space that we could go over in the interview. Fernwood location, walking distance to downtown. The two lodgers share one kitchen and one bathroom. Full-size kitchen, so no fighting for shelf space! Fully furnished, and the kitchen has decent and clean dishes and appliances, even a rice cooker, slow cooker, and wok. You just need to show up with your clothes! Really nice and friendly homeowners with lots of good references from former students.

Starting May 1, Fernando, an international student from Mexico, will be in one of the rooms. He already has his MBA, has taught in Mexico, and is here for a marketing diploma. He is hoping for a friendly roommate situation, where people greet each other and sometimes even share a meal. Upstairs, we owners are a social worker and a food writer. We are gentle, kind, and humorous. We are looking for a lodger who will respect the space, and is a minimalist since everything is provided.
