Looking for a roommate to take over 1 den + private bathroom from May - August 2022.

We are two students that go to Ryerson University. I am a girl (moving) and my roommate is a male (staying). Girls or boys welcome. My room will be sublet, it is a den with no door but I am currently using a blackout curtain that works just as well (because lets be real, den doors don’t provide any soundproofing anyways). Can fit a twin bed with a small desk, or a double bed. Private bathroom is large - tub included. Hallway space will be yours and can fit a large desk. Has a balcony - looks South towards the lake. Roommate has a cat that occasionally walks in and out of my room to sniff around. I can leave or take any of the existing furniture according to your needs, including the desk and bed. My roommate is typically in his room. Since my desk is out in the living area, the place is divided into my space vs his. He will talk to you if you spark a conversation but is introverted and typically just chats to his friends online. He has a boyfriend who comes over once a week. His cat is very friendly and energetic - often communicates and likes to be pat.

I will be moving out but here is a little bit about myself: I’m usually out and about during the day. I am the quiet type that also typically stays in my room when I am home, if not my desk doing work. I also enjoy chatting to friends and staying up late whether it’s for school or just to play video games.

Kitchen items can be shared but food is bought separately. We usually cook separately and stay in our rooms while the other is in the kitchen. Dishes go straight into the washer. Despite being in our rooms most of the time, we are loud people and don’t mind a little bit of noise. Our sleep schedules vary. I often sleep from 3am-4am and wake up according to my class schedule, whereas my roommate can sleep anytime from 11pm-4am and wake up from 8am-12pm.
