Hi!, I currently have a beautiful, bright, ocean view room for rent in a shared 3 bedroom house,located in Maple Bay! It includes your own full bathroom ,shared laundry, shared living area,balcony,deck,private garden, internet and hydro. Beach across the street. Awesome hiking trails,kayaking, diving club,rowing club, yacht club, pub, sea plane to Vancouver within minutes. Maple Bay is peaceful, quiet and a very magical place. Gorgeous sunrises, sunsets and fullmoons. Great location 15 min to town and 1 block from bus route. Hoping for a working person or student for a roommate :) small animal is possible if its compatable with a cat and chihauhau. I currently rent this home, this is what the house costs for each room for this beach front home in a sought out location. This includes, hydro, rent, internet and propane. Damage deposit is required to keep the house clean, to ensure notice when moving out. Only positive enquires please
