Located in Victoria West, 30 second walk to the Songhees Trail on the ocean. The condo comes fully furnished with ensuite laundry and a full kitchen. The room available has a walk-in closet and comes partially furnished with desk, chair and dresser. The Bed and mattress are your responsibility. The condo is a 15 minute walk to downtown and 10 minute walk to all amenities required for day-to-day living. There are two bus routes that can connect you to CFB Esquimalt, downtown, University of Victoria, Tillicum Shopping Center, and Uptown Shopping Center. Also, there is secure underground parking for an additional $60/month (based on availability) and free access to a buildings gym, games room, and workshop. Heating, hydro & internet is included in the rent. Not an entertaining suite. No overnight guests, entertaining or dinner parties. We share living room tv, streaming etc.

I’m a 42 y/o professional woman who works days and socializes out of the home. But live a quiet life and I’m home much of my free time and I’m constantly doing home improvement projects to upgrade my home. I’m easy to get along with. The other roommate is my 6yr old French Bulldog. He is a lovebug but if you have allergies or don’t like dogs, this is not the space for you. Unfortunately the building has a one dog limit, so while the suite is dog-friendly, that spot is already filled. Also he is a shedder so be prepared.
