Morley Boulevard

It’s a 4 bedroom house, with the offered room being beside two others upstairs all sharing a nice big bathroom with two dudes. The offered room is not small but not huge, and the current occupant is looking to sell most of his furniture of so he leave it there (bed and dresser). Another dude resides in the basement room with his own bathroom. We have a large living room with a comfortable couch (looking to upgrade), a couple chairs, a coffee table, two TVs (one for sports/movies, one for Nintendo usually), a minifridge, and a deep freezer. Our kitchen is also upstairs with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric stovetop over a conventional oven, a small table, abundant counter, cupboard, and pantry space, an airfryer, and double sink. Downstairs we have a laundry room that we use for storage as well, a common room that will have a TV, sectional couch, a small gym set-up, and a dart board. We have a carport and large driveway with a shed at the end of it in our backyard. The backyard is large and we have a barbeque back there. It’s a comfortable, fun place to live.

The two dudes upstairs are a financial advisor with RBC and a bartender/student, and the downstairs dude also a bartender at the same steakhouse. We like to relax during the week and sometimes party on the weekend. We also enjoy watching movies, playing multiplayer games on the Nintendo Switch, Wii, and Xbox, and dabbling with cannabis occasionally. We like beer, sports, and going to the beautiful Mooney’s Bay Beach a short walk away to mess around and play games in the summer.
