Appleford Gate

I’m moving out of my current place in May and looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (May-September). There is availability to renew the lease following september but that will be something for you to consider with the other occupants. Room will be unfurnished however the rest of the apartment is live-in ready. The place is a townhouse located in Bridgwater with a pool, residence building with a pool table, kitchen and gym. Our balcony overlooks the field and you can perfectly see the sunset/sunrise. Bus stop is nearby (676) and parking is available on the street or you can pay for a spot in the lot. bridgwater center is only a couple minutes away with a save on foods, bubble tea and Leopold’s, altea gym is also in the area. Water is included and hydro is split three ways usually around $60 total/month in the summer. Pets are welcome (however we’re allergic to cats) but you’ll have to cover the pet deposit. Everyone is fully vaccinated.

I have two amazing roommates that will share the place with you. You will have your own room and a shared bathroom. bailey works as a nurse so his hours change day-to-day and Amelie works from home and is finishing up her degree at the u of m. Very clean and respectful but also friendly and inviting.
